Ingredients
Serves: 3
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons cornflour mixed in 1 tablespoon water
- 450g pork, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon diced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 4-5 spring onions, cut into 2.5cm pieces
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water

- Make the marinade by mixing together the sugar, salt, soy sauce and cornflour slurry. Mix in the pork then let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a wok over high-heat and stir fry the garlic in the oil until brown and aromatic.
- Add the pork and stir until cooked then add the Shaoxing wine and spring onions.
- Add the oyster sauce, sugar and water then stir until well incorporated. Serve.
Ingredients
Shaoxing wine can be purchased in Asian speciality shops.
