Make the marinade by mixing together the sugar, salt, soy sauce and cornflour slurry. Mix in the pork, let marinate for 15 minutes.
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool under a running cold tap. Set aside.
Heat a wok with oil over high heat. Stir fry the pork until it is cooked through; about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the shrimp and stir fry until fragrant; 2-3 minutes. Stir in cauliflower florets.
Add water and bring it to the boil. Cover the wok with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add some salt to taste and serve hot.
