Papaya Smoothie

    Ideal summer refreshment this smoothie is a simple mix of fresh papayas and milk, if you like something a bit sweeter try adding some honey.

    Serves: 3 

    • 2 papayas, halved, seeded and cut into chunks
    • 300ml fresh milk
    • 10 cubes ice

    1. Place the papaya, milk and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into glasses and serve.
