Mini Quiches with Fennel

Great finger food for a party or a picnic and a delicious way to serve fennel. Bake the quiches in muffin tins or small ramekins.


Serves: 4 

  • 2 bulbs fennel, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup (250ml) light cream
  • salt and freshly ground blank pepper to taste

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Boil the fennel in salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
  2. Combine the fennel, onion, mustard, eggs, cream and seasoning. Stir well to combine. Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.
