Mini Quiches with Fennel
- 2 bulbs fennel, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup (250ml) light cream
- salt and freshly ground blank pepper to taste
Preparation:15min › Cook:30min › Ready in:45min
- Boil the fennel in salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
- Combine the fennel, onion, mustard, eggs, cream and seasoning. Stir well to combine. Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.
