This is a simple and interesting dessert, very creamy and thick. Orange juice is heated with cornflour and butter and then chilled. Add some orange zest to the mixture for extra zing.
I haven't tried it either, but guess the amount of cornflour reflects how thick you want the finished product. - 17 Jun 2013
I haven't made this yet but it seems like an awful lot of cornflour for such a small amount of liquid - should it be 5 teaspoons rather than tablespoons??? - 16 Jul 2012
