This is a festive snack that is sure to impress. This recipe uses crab meat, but you can substitute lobster meat or prawns if you prefer.


Serves: 4 

  • 250g frozen mixed diced vegetables, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 crab legs, shelled
  • 1 teaspoon caviar

  1. In a medium bowl, add the vegetables and the mayonnaise, mix well. Stir in the crab meat.
  2. Roll up one spoon of the crab and vegetable mix in each slice of ham.
  3. Serve one wrap per person and decorate with caviar.
