In a small bowl, mix together the five spice, garlic granules, salt and white pepper. Use to season the pork. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Coat the pork pieces in egg, then dip into cornflour. Set on a plate and chill for 10 minutes.
Heat a large frying pan with 1/2 cup oil over high heat. Pan-fry the pork until crisp, 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook until done, 2-3 minutes. Set aside, leaving 2 teaspoons oil in the pan.
Heat the pan over high heat and stir fry the chillies and garlic until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. Stir in the onion and salt, cook until soft, 2-3 minutes.
Add the green capsicum and pepper, stir until the mixture is dry. Add the pork, seasoned salt and mix well. Serve.
