Roast duck is delicious and available pre-cooked at Chinese specialty shops and supermarkets. This recipe is very easy to make for a quick lunch or dinner.
Boil the noodles until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place into a large bowl with a little oil and toss. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Stir-fry the ginger, spring onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the cabbage, duck and soy sauce and stir well.
Stir in the cooked noodles and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and optional MSG. Transfer to a serving dish.
