Cook pasta according to instructions on the pack, till al dente.
Saute Onion till clear. Toss in chopped Ham and mix well. Add tinned Tomato, Red Wine and Tomato Paste. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes to reduce liquid.
Add Zucchini and Capsicum. Simmer till vegies are just cooked. Add Basil, Parsley and Pine Nuts in the last minutes and add Salt & Pepper to taste.
Serve over pasta and top with Parmesan Cheese
Tip
Use fresh Parmesan and grate it yourself, it is so much better than the packet stuff!
