Soy and Chilli Sauce
This is areally simple sauce to make that can be used with a full range of roasted, grilled or barbecued meats.

1 tablespoon dry roasted Thai chillies, ground lightly
2 tablespoons seasoned soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon kecap manis
1 lime, juiced
- Simply mix the ingredients together.
- Serve in a communal dish or individual dishes to be spooned on roasted, grilled or barbecued meats.
