Thai Banana Fritter

    30 minutes

These Thai banana fritters known as 'Kluay Kaeg' use a wonderful coconut batter. Although they are normally eaten as is I like mine with ice cream.

This recipe is great! It is very easy to put together and the fried batter stays crispy, so you can make a batch and relax. Definitely a crowd pleaser.  -  17 Feb 2010  (Review from Allrecipes Southeast Asia)
