    This is an easy stir fried beef and kimchi known as 'Kimchi Bokeumbab' that is served on rice and with a fried egg.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 teaspoon sesame oil or butter
    • 230g beef mince
    • 1 cup kimchi, diced
    • 4 bowls steamed rice
    • 4 eggs, fried

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Heat a wok on medium-high heat, add the oil and cook the beef until brown.
    2. Add kimchi and sauté about 10 minutes.
    3. Serve with fried egg on the top of fried rice.
