Savoury Pork Scrambled Eggs

This is a meal style savoury scrambled eggs that includes pork mince, it can be used for brunch or as a side dish.


Serves: 4 

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 100g pork mince
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Whisk the eggs with the fish sauce until frothy. Mix in the minced pork.
  2. Heat the wok with the vegetable oil until hot then pour in the egg mixture. Stir the eggs briefly and let fry until the bottom is browned.
  3. Flip the egg mass over and continue to cook until the other side is brown. The egg and pork should be cooked through, if not cut it up a bit and continue to cook until done.
  4. Serve in a communal dish.
