This is a very easy biscuit to make using a simple dough recipe then rolling in cornflakes for extra flavour and texture.
I found this a great recipe. I added 2 whole eggs in stead of just the yolks and added an a cup of S/Raising flour so they are not so buttery.. I also flatten them when coating with cornflakes.. It makes 6 dozen good sized biscuits. I also add macadamia and white chocolate... - 17 Feb 2012
