Fruit ice mocktail

    This contains three different fruit juices in ice cubes but you can use your imagination to come up with different combinations!

    Serves: 4 

    • 250ml fresh orange juice
    • 250ml (cranberry juice
    • 125ml fresh lemon juice
    • 1 (1 litre) bottle sparkling water

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:2hours  ›  Ready in:2hours5min 

    1. Pour the orange juice, cranberry juice and lemon juice into separate ice cube trays and freeze.
    2. When frozen, place a mixture of each juice cube into tall glasses and fill each with sparkling water.


    You could add a splash of lime cordial when adding the sparkling water.

    Very refreshing, and great warm weather beverage. The fruitiness and color changes come when the ice cubes start to melt. Only one thing I will do differently next time, and that is to be sure the sparkling water is well chilled, so the ice doesn't melt too quickly. Threw in some fresh lime slices to enhance the citrus flavor.  -  11 May 2013
