Potato Rissoles

    Tried this for the first time - adding mashed potato to normal mince rissoles. it was absolutely delicious so I'm gonna add it here for you to try!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 500 grams mince
    • 1 onion
    • 1 1/2 cups of mashed potatos
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup of plain flour

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Dice theonion and add to a bowl with mince, egg, and mashed potato. This is the fun part....Stick your hands in and mix it all together. It may be a bit sticky so use some flour on your hands.
    2. Flour a cutting board and grab a handful of mixture, shape into a ball and coat with flour. When you put the rissoles in the frying pan flatten them out a little with a spatula.
    3. Cook about 7-10 minutes each side or till done to your liking It may fall apart a little so do your best, but I guarantee it will taste yummy.
