- 6 zucchinis, sliced
- 6 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 onions, sliced
- 1 large eggplant. sliced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
- 100ml olive oil
- 100ml water
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
Preparation:20min › Cook:10min › Ready in:30min
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Layer the sliced vegetables in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour olive oil and water over the vegetables. Sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake in the oven for one hour. After 30 minutes cover the baking dish with foil to prevent from burning.
