In a frying pan heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add leeks and onion then cook until tender.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Mix the tuna with the curry powder, cream and egg in a bowl. Stir well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the leeks and onion to the tuna mixture and stir.
Lay a sheet of filo pastry on your kitchen bench then add a teaspoon of tuna mixture and fold into a triangle. Continue until you no longer have any filo pastry sheets.
Place the triangles in a buttered baking dish then brush with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
