Turkey makes a tasty burger. It's even better with feta cheese and olives. Serve these tasty Greek-inspired burgers tomatoes and lettuce in Turkish bread.

  • 450g turkey mince
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes
1.
Preheat the barbecue for medium high heat.
2.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, feta cheese, olives, oregano and pepper. Mix together and form into patties.
3.
Lightly oil the cooking grate or rack. Place patties on the barbecue. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
