Salmon and Rice

    This salmon and rice is super easy and super quick. It is a good use of salmon left over from a successful fishing trip.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 5 

    • 1 1/2 litres water
    • 1 stock cube, vegetable
    • 500g salmon
    • 100g basmati rice
    • 1pinch salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to the boil; add the stock cube then the salmon. Cook for 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.
    2. Add the rice and cook for 10 more minutes or until the rice is cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
