Rabbit legs are wrapped in bacon before being enclosed in baking paper parcel with tarragon and cheese. After being baked in the oven they come out tender and well flavoured.


Serves: 6 

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh tarragon, finely diced
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 6 rabbit legs
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:55min 

  1. Lay baking paper onto a work surface then sprinkle with tarragon and cheese.
  2. Wrap each rabbit leg with two slices of bacon.
  3. Place the legs on the parchment paper and sprinkle with more tarragon and cheese then season the rabbit legs with pepper.
  4. Wrap the rabbit legs in the baking paper.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C then bake the bake the parcel in the oven for 45 minutes.
