Ingredients
Serves: 5
Cupcakes
1/2 cup (125ml) full cream milk, at room temperature
Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a cupcake tray with patty cups.
Whisk the milk, the egg whites and vanilla essence with a fork and set aside. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt to a mixer bowl and mix at low speed. Add the butter and whisk until you get chunks of dough.
Stir in most of the liquid ingredients and mix at high speed for 2 minutes. Add the remaining liquid ingredients and continue mixing.
Add the praline, scrape the sides of the bowl and mix again. Add the mixture to the patty cups and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and cool the cupcakes then add the icing and decorate. Keep the cupcakes at room temperature as they will dry out if you put them in the fridge.
Icing: Use a food processor to whip the cream cheese. Stir in the vanilla and icing sugar to taste.
