Chicken breasts are covered in mayonnaise and wholegrain mustard before being sautéed. Serve with white rice, beans or even snow peas.
Wasn't impressed with this at all. The lime was just too sour - it might've been better with more mayonnaise, but then we were also unsure on how well the whole grain mustard and the lime juice went. Won't be making it again. - 14 Aug 2015
Easy and quick but not a very exiting taste. The lime does not have enough chance to affect the chicken when cooked this way. In addition, the lime reduction is not particularly appetising with the bits of browned chicken in it. If the chicken was marinaded in the lime it might improve it, but that would go against the idea of it being a quick recipe to cook. - 24 Oct 2015 (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
