Beef Stock Fondue

    Too often my fondue experiences have involved a lot of oil; this version uses a beef stock making a much healthier fondue option.

    Serves: 4 

    • Curry Sauce
    • 250ml mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon curry powder
    • Mustard Sauce
    • 250ml mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • Fondue
    • 1 litre beef stock
    • 800g beef fillet, cut into cubes

    1. Curry Sauce: Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder. Refrigerate.
    2. Mustard Sauce: Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and honey. Refrigerate.
    3. Fondue Add the beef stock in the fondue pot and heat over medium heat. When it starts to boil serve.
    4. Use the special forks to dip the meat into the stock until the meat is cooked according to your taste then dip in sauce of choice.
