Serves: 4
- 1 egg
- 75g caster sugar
- 60g butter
- 8 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup (90g) plain flour
- 50g cornflour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons nutella
- 30g chocolate chips

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
- In a bowl mix the egg and sugar with a whisk until it becomes white.
- Melt the butter and add to the mixture.
- Add the milk, flour, cornflour, salt and baking powder.
- Whisk the mixture to avoid having lumps.
- Add the nutella and chocolate chips.
- Butter a muffin tray and fill it up to three quarters of the cup.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
