This is a really simple side dish or started that uses fresh asparagus tips lightly fried in olive oil then sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch sea salt, to taste
1 tablespoon Parmesan, grated
- Wash the asparagus and cut the tips. (the stalks can be kept for a soup).
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
- Sauté the asparagus for 5 minutes over medium to low heat
- Sprinkle with sea salt and parmesan then serve immediately.
