This is a really simple side dish or started that uses fresh asparagus tips lightly fried in olive oil then sprinkled with parmesan cheese.


Serves: 6 

  • 250g asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan, grated

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Wash the asparagus and cut the tips. (the stalks can be kept for a soup).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
  3. Sauté the asparagus for 5 minutes over medium to low heat
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and parmesan then serve immediately.
