Pizza ingredients like ham, cheese and capsicum rolled in crepes and then baked in the oven with additional tomato sauce and cheese. A pizza treat with a difference.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
Crep
2 cups (250g) plain flour
3 eggs
2 cups (500ml) milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch salt, to taste
Filling
1/2 onion
1/2 capsicum, diced
2 tablespoons oil
300g beef mince
3-4 thick slices of ham or 6 round thin slices of ham sandwich
Crepe: Combine flour and salt then combine with the eggs. Gradually add milk and whisk until smooth. Cook the crepe in a buttered frying pan for 2 minutes then flip over for one minute. Continue cooking till all the mixture is used.
Tomato Sauce: Place the passata in a bowl then add the oregano, salt and sugar if required.
Filing: Cook the onions and capsicum in a frying pan with one tablespoon of oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Cook the mince in the frying pan over medium heat with one tablespoon of oil.
To Assemble: Take one crepe then spread the tomato sauce then add a layer of ham, mince and cheese. Roll the crape with the filling inside.
Place all the prepared crepes in a baking tray and cover with left over tomato sauce and grated cheese.
