Raspberry Coulis Filled Chocolate Cups

This is so simple yet so good. Chocolate cups are filled with homemade raspberry coulis and fresh mint leaves.


Serves: 4 

  • 500g fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 chocolate dessert cups
  • 8 fresh mint leaves

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Add the raspberries to the bowl of a food processor and blend until pureed.
  2. Pour the puree into a chinois or fine strainer over a bowl to obtain the coulis.
  3. Add the vanilla essence and mix.
  4. Pour the coulis into a chocolate cup.
  5. Decorate with one or two fresh mint leaves.
