    A hearty no messing about soup using the six vegetables of carrots, turnip, leek, zucchini, celery and tomatoes cooked in a seasoned chicken stock.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 carrots
    • 1 turnip
    • 1 leek
    • 2 zucchinis
    • 1 small stick celery
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 1 garlic clove, diced
    • 500ml water
    • 1 chicken stock cube
    • 1 pinch fresh thyme, diced
    • 1 fresh bay leaf

    Directions
    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Dice the vegetables. Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan. Add the vegetables and spices to the saucepan.
    2. Cook for 25 minutes over medium heat.
