Citrus and Cinnamon Salad

    A healthy dessert, snack or breakfast. You can add a spoonful of vanilla yoghurt or ice cream if you feel like it.

    Serves: 6 

    • 4 oranges
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 2 grapefruit

    1. Squeeze an orange and a lemon then mix the 2 juices in a bowl. Add the sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
    2. Get the segments from the 3 remaining oranges and 2 grapefruit. Cut into thin slices and arrange slices in a serving plate.
    3. Pour the fruit juice mixture over the slices.
    4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
