This is a simple way to cook trout pieces or whole. The fish is wrapped in foil with paprika, lovage, garlic and thyme.
4 pieces of trout
1 dash lemon juice, to taste
1 pinch salt, to taste
1 pinch pepper, to taste
1 pinch paprika, to taste
1 pinch lovage, to taste
1 pinch garlic powder, to taste
1 pinch thyme, to taste
1 pinch mixed herbs or herbs de Provence, to taste
- Wash the trout and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, lovage, garlic powder, thyme, mixed herbs then wrap in foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-50 minutes; cook according to the size of the trout.
