    This is a simple way to cook trout pieces or whole. The fish is wrapped in foil with paprika, lovage, garlic and thyme.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 pieces of trout
    • 1 dash lemon juice, to taste
    • 1 pinch salt, to taste
    • 1 pinch pepper, to taste
    • 1 pinch paprika, to taste
    • 1 pinch lovage, to taste
    • 1 pinch garlic powder, to taste
    • 1 pinch thyme, to taste
    • 1 pinch mixed herbs or herbs de Provence, to taste

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Wash the trout and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, lovage, garlic powder, thyme, mixed herbs then wrap in foil.
    2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-50 minutes; cook according to the size of the trout.
