Creamy Iced Tea
I could never work out how the Thia's got their tea and coffee so thick, it is because they use condensed milk, this is an iced tea popular in Thailand.

2 tablespoons Thai black tea
1 cup (250ml) water
50ml condensed sweetened milk, to taste
- Boil the water in a saucepan. Add the tea to the water and leave to steep with the lid on for 10 minutes.
- Strain through a coffee filter.
- Serve over ice with sweetened condensed milk, to taste.
