Cucumber Salad with Dill

This is a very quick to make salad with pretty much cucumbers and a great dressing. I think that the dill is the secret, it tastes great but it is not used much so provides a pleasant and unique quality.

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 1/2 cucumbers
- 50ml white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 1/2 bunch dill, diced

- Peel the cucumbers, slice into thin slices and place in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar and salt together and pour over the cucumbers. Mix well. Now stir in the dill and season with salt.
