    You would be hard pressed to find quicker, easier and cheaper pasta dinner than this three ingredient pasta.

    Serves: 2 

    • 250g pasta
    • 450g frozen creamed spinach
    • 200g cheese, grated
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil and cook pasta al dente according to packet instructions.
    2. Heat the creamed spinach in a saucepan and just before boiling slowly stir in the cheese until it has completely dissolved. Boil the sauce briefly and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Mix the pasta with the spinach sauce then serve.
