Allow the blobs to dry out a bit but they should still be a bit sticky then place chocolate drops on them as the pupils.

Put grapes very close to each other on the cocktail sticks and stick into a small block of styrofoam.

Mix the icing sugar with a few drops of water so you have a thick paste and put a round blob of it on each grape. The icing sugar shouldn't be too runny otherwise it'll just run off the grape.
