Raclette Cheese on a Boiled Potato

    Raclette is an amazing melting cheese and can be melted in a frying pan then transferred to a boiled potato; simple but delicious.

    • 2 potatoes
    • Raclette cheese - 2 slices per potatoes

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft and peel.
    2. Place the Raclette cheese in a non-stick frypan and melt for 1-2 minutes on a medium heat until the cheese has melted.
    3. Serve immediately with the warm potatoes.
