    Scrambled eggs are cooked to perfection then crab meat is stirred through just prior to serving on a piece of wholemeal bread.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 eggs
    • 1/4 cup (65ml) milk
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
    • 15g butter
    • 100g crab meat
    • 2 teaspoons chives, cut into small tubes
    • 2 slices wholemeal bread

    1. Stir the scrambled eggs ensuring they stay moist and loose. Be careful not to overcook them.
    2. Gently stir in the crab meat then serve on the bread and sprinkle with chives.
    3. Crack the eggs into a small bowl then add milk, salt and pepper. Whisk everything lightly.
    4. Melt the butter in a small frying pan then pour in egg mixture and allow to harden slightly.
