This is a quick and easy dessert that tastes great. Cottage cheese is the low fat foundation to the cream that is layered with fresh blueberries and strawberries.

250g cottage cheese
1 tablespoon creme fraiche
1/2 cup (125ml) cream
2 tablespoons sugar, more if needed
1 pinch salt, to taste
1 dash lemon juice
500g blueberries
500g strawberries

Make alternating layers of cream and berries in dessert glasses. Serve.
Mix the cottage cheese, creme fraiche, cream, sugar, salt and lemon together. Adjust sweetness to taste with sugar.
