A beautiful and simple way to preserve plums when they are in season. Serve them with ie cream or even over pancakes and waffles.
Fabulous. It tastes great now & will be even better when matured. We used mulled wine, reduced the sugar & took the stones out. The leftover liquid we reduced & ended up with a jar of plum & wine jam. - 15 Aug 2015 (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
