    Why does a pizza have to be round? This pizza cooked in a baking tray can be topped with whatever you have available in you fridge. Great for crowds.

    Serves: 4 

    • Dough
    • 250g cottage cheese
    • 6 tablespoons low-fat milk
    • 6 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 3 1/4 cups (350g) flour
    • Topping
    • 200g tomato paste
    • 4 tomatoes, sliced
    • 3 slices ham, diced
    • 5 mild chillies, finely diced (or to taste)
    • 15 mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 pinch oregano, to taste
    • 1 pinch garlic salt, to taste
    • 400g cheese, grated
    • 1 pinch salt, to taste

    1. Dough: Mix all the ingredients for the dough well. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the dough into the baking tray. Prick several times with a fork. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
    2. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
    3. Topping:>/b> Spread the tomato paste on the dough and distribute the tomatoes, ham, chillies and mushrooms evenly on top.
    4. Season to taste with oregano, garlic and salt. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
    5. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 22 minutes.
