Why does a pizza have to be round? This pizza cooked in a baking tray can be topped with whatever you have available in you fridge. Great for crowds.
Flavour was great but was a bit doughy in the middle, cooked it slightly longer as well but either my baking powder wasnt working (and its new) or it needed to be rolled thinner to make it crisper. used the largest size tray I had so next time will prob divide into two and make it thin or increase the baking powder to give it more 'air'. All that said loved the idea of using Quark in the dough and will definitely make it again with the above tweaks - 08 Feb 2011 (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
