These are a great cheese muffin that is easy to make. Ideally they use Boursin cheese but if this cannot be found cream cheese is an alternative.
Just like muffins should be! Easy and scrumptious. Can't wait to have these for lunch tomorrow at work, with a cucumber salad! However, I realize now that there's no mention of the chives in the preparation method...
