Garlic Butter with Chives and Parsley

    This herb butter with chives and parsley makes great garlic or herb bread. It keeps in the fridge for about 10 days.

    Serves: 10 

    • 1 bunch chives, very finely diced
    • 1 bunch parsley, very finely diced
    • 250g butter, room temperature
    • 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    1. Stir the butter with the other ingredients then pour into a small bowl. Place into a tightly closing container and leave to set in the fridge.
