Ham Pasta Bake

    A simple pasta bake to make when you are in a rush using ham, cream and seasoned with oregano and basil.

    Serves: 4 

    • 500g pasta
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely diced
    • 250g ham, finely diced
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 pinch oregano
    • 1 pinch basil
    • 400ml cream
    • 50g cheese, grated (mozzarella, parmesan, etc.)

    1. Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta in it for about 8 minutes until al dente.
    2. Preheat oven to 225 degrees C and grease a baking dish.
    3. When the pasta is cooked drain and put back into the saucepan. Stir in the garlic, ham and spices. Pour in the cream then mix and pour into the greased baking dish.
    4. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
