    Sautéed Jerusalem Artichokes

    This is a great way to cook Jerusalem artichokes; they are sautéed with some garlic, rosemary, pepper and white wine.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 500g Jerusalem artichokes, sliced
    • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
    • 1 pinch salt, to taste
    • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, diced or 1 teaspoon dried
    • 125ml dry white wine
    • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the Jerusalem artichokes and garlic then fry for 1-2 minutes.
    2. Add salt, rosemary and wine then cook for 5-10 minutes until most of the liquid has boiled away and the artichokes are soft and glazed.
    3. Season with salt and pepper then serve.
