Chinese Cabbage Salad with Lemon Yoghurt Dressing

Chinese cabbage is accompanied by apple and tangerines before a lemon and yoghurt dressing is added. Leave for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours mature.


Serves: 4 

  • 500g Chinese cabbage
  • 3 tangerines, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 apple, finely diced
  • Dressing
  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:30min resting  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Wash cabbage then drain and cut in quarters then into small strips.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and lemon juice then season with sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the Chinese cabbage, tangerine and apple pieces in a bowl then pour the dressing over and mix well.
  4. Leave to infuse for about half an hour.
