I made it for a pork loin. I used frozen cherries. I didn't have an apple so I used a couple of tablespoons of peach preserves. I also added a pinch of cardamom. Really delicious. Go ahead...make it! You won't be disappointed.  -  14 Jun 2015

Loved this recipe. So easy and tastes great with turkey, ham and cheese. Had to stop myself from putting it with everything. I added a small red chilli as we like a little zing. Have made twice and each time 100%.  -  29 Dec 2010

I was given a small amount of cherries by a colleague and tried this recipe. The judge at the Churchdown Show last Saturday awarded it 1st place in a class of 6. Many thanks for posting it.  -  10 Aug 2015  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
