- Blueberry Filling
- 1kg frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup (60g) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Crumble
- 90g butter
- 3/4 cup (125g) flour
- 1 cup (155g) brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg, to taste
- 2/3 cup (60g) oats
Directions
Preparation:10min › Cook:45min › Ready in:55min
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
- Mix the blueberries with brown sugar and lemon zest in a large bowl. Place into a greased baking dish.
- Work the butter, flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and oats into a crumble.
- Spread over the blueberries and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until it bubbles. Serve warm.
