This is a quick dessert with infused berries and cream that you can eat straight away or freeze for later. You can also use other berries instead of raspberries.
300g frozen raspberries
- Mix the frozen raspberries and sugar in a blender until the raspberries are coarsely diced.
- While the mixer running slowly pour the cream in and mix until well combined.
- Serve immediately or freeze for later, it lasts for up to a week.
