    This loaf cake is really easy to make, just add all the ingredients in the order listed and bake! It's great.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 250g soft butter
    • 1 cup (250g) sugar
    • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
    • 5 eggs
    • 3 cups (375g) flour
    • 1 cup (125g) corn flour
    • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 4 tablespoons rum
    • 3 tablespoons milk
    • 1/2 lemon, grated

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:55min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Stir in all ingredients in the order listed and place in a large loaf tin. Bake for 15 minutes and then for a further 30 minutes at 200 degrees C, until a toothpick comes out clean.
