Weetbix and Vegemite Snack
I'm not sure if people do this or have heard of it, but it's a great snack for yourself or to make with the kids, and healthy too.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 Weetbix
- Spread of butter
- Spread of Vegemite
- Half a slice of cheese

- Its quite self explanatory - get the Weetbix and spread butter on it, then the Vegemite, then place half a slice of cheese on top and eat!
- Don't spread too hard or it will crumble.

I make this for my kids all the time - great for the lunchbox/morning tea. You can also spread jam on the weetbix for a sweet alternative - 10 Jul 2010
